Everything else even the tires I had requested to be checked. I received a call from a service manager on 2/27 and he told me that I needed brakes. I wanted to get my tires checked and he said I wanted a wheel alignment and other items. He told me what I was scheduled to receive and it was not even close to what I put in the request. I was greeted by Les and he was not the friendliest. I dropped my car off at 8 when the shop opened.
